Narrowly Escaping a Blazing Fire

This construction site located near the AIG Campus in Houston, Texas, caught fire recently and from watching the video you can see just how quickly the fire takes over, engulfing the entire top floor in flames. One unlucky construction worker gets trapped on a unfinished balcony with little to no hope of escape other than to lower himself down a floor using his hands and making a leap of faith. Having only just made the jump by the skin of his teeth he then awaits rescue from a fire engine. Have a look for yourself to see how intense things get.

More than 200 firefighters arrived at the scene to help get control of the blaze that raged for about two hours.
